Is transport available 24 hours a day?
Transport is available most of the time. Late at night we arrange the collection for the early hours of the morning, as the safety of our staff and of your pet matters most.
What kinds of pets can be cremated?
Birds, cats, dogs, goats, hamsters, fish, turtles and reptiles.
Do you offer euthanasia?
Yes. It is carried out by licensed vets and can be done at home, where your pet is somewhere comfortable and familiar. We are with you at every step, at your pace.
Can I be present at the cremation of my pet?
Yes. If you would like to be present, let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Is the cremation individual?
Yes, in all of our services. Your pet is cremated alone and the ashes are returned to you in an urn, with a cremation certificate.
