Can we give Boinita a higher rating than 5 stars? My family member recently passed away and we were all in shock. When we decided to go with Boinita, we contacted the hospital and let them know. When Boinita called, every customer service representative we spoke with was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They contacted us from the moment they were in the hospital until everything was ready. Everyone we called was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. It made the process much easier to deal with the loss of my family. We would like to thank each and every one of them.

Wow, a family member passed away in another state and I was his only relative, I couldn't travel. I made several calls to make appearances for a cremation and it was, at best, overwhelming. Then, Boinita contacted me by email and improved everything. He simply took everything he needed to do and completed the cremation.
