How to close a Spotify account of someone who died?

If you have your Loved One’s login information, follow these steps to cancel the account:
- Go to the “Contact Customer Service” tab by clicking here.
- Click on “Account”.
- Then click on “I want to close my account”.
- Choose between these options: “permanently close account” or “cancel paid subscription”. Click on “contact to close”.
- Complete the contact form to continue with the closing process.
