How to close a Spotify account of someone who died?
Don’t have your Loved One’s Spotify account login information? Don’t worry.

If you have access to your loved one’s account
If you have your Loved One’s login information, follow these steps to cancel the account:
- Go to the “Contact Customer Service” tab by clicking here.
- Click on “Account”.
- Then click on “I want to close my account”.
- Choose between these options: “permanently close account” or “cancel paid subscription”. Click on “contact to close”.
- Complete the contact form to continue with the closing process.
